Shipping Policy
We strive to deliver your purchase promptly & reliably. Below is our shipping policy, including processing times, shipping options, and other important details:
Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed & shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping Carrier & Tracking: We ship worldwide using the United States Postal Service (USPS), leveraging the Pirate Ship platform to secure competitive rates. All shipments include tracking. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress. Please note: It may take 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delivery Times: Domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped. International orders usually arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on destination & customs. (In many cases, packages arrive within a week, but please allow up to 2 weeks for international delivery.) Keep in mind that unforeseen delays with the postal service or customs processing are beyond our control, but we will assist you if any significant delay occurs.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping: Shipping costs for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout based on your location & order weight/size. Orders over $150 (before taxes & discounts) qualify for free standard shipping – no promo code needed. This offer applies automatically to eligible orders & is our way of thanking you for a larger purchase. (Note: Free shipping will use the most cost-effective USPS service, which generally arrives within the timeframes noted above.)
International Shipping & Duties: We ship worldwide to most countries. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be charged by your country upon delivery. These fees are not included in our pricing or shipping costs. We recommend checking your country’s import policies if you’re unsure about potential fees. If an international shipment is refused or unclaimed due to customs fees or any other reason, it may be abandoned by the carrier; in such cases, we may not be able to issue a refund, so please be mindful of your country’s import rules.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error or if it’s unclaimed, we will contact you. We can reship the order to a corrected address (additional shipping charges will apply), or we can treat it as a return per our policy (refund minus original shipping cost, since the carrier still charges us).
Lost or Delayed Packages: Once we hand your package over to USPS, it is in the care of the postal service. While USPS is generally reliable, occasional delays or issues can occur (especially during peak seasons or due to customs for international shipments). We are not liable for shipping delays, lost packages, or theft during transit. If your tracking information shows a significant delay or if a domestic package hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (or an international package within 21 business days), please contact us. We will assist in working with USPS to locate the package or file a claim if possible. For stolen packages marked as delivered, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office; unfortunately, theft is outside our control, but we will do our best to help guide you on next steps.
Product Quality Guarantee: Rest assured that all our products are brand new & sourced directly from the manufacturer. We do not sell used, refurbished, or replica items. Every item is shipped in its original packaging (with seals or tags intact) to ensure you receive authentic, brand-new merchandise. This commitment to quality means that you can shop with confidence, knowing you’re getting genuine products in highly pristine condition.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but due to the nature of our products & to prevent abuse, we maintain a strict return policy. Please review the terms below before making a purchase:
Eligibility for Returns: In general, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for most items, except in the case of defective or incorrect products:
• If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from what you originally ordered, you may be eligible for a return or replacement (see instructions below).
• We do not accept returns for reasons such as a change of mind, dislike of the product, or ordering the wrong item. Please ensure you select your items carefully before proceeding with checkout. If you need any information prior to purchase, we’re happy to help answer questions to avoid the need for returns.
Return Timeframe: For the limited cases of defects or order errors mentioned above, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or replacement. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange. (This timeframe is strict in order to quickly address any issues & prevent fraudulent claims long after an initial purchase.)
Condition of Return Items: To be eligible for a return (in the rare cases it’s permitted), the item must be unused & in the same condition that you received it. It should be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals included. We cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, worn, altered, or missing parts (unless the reason for return is a manufacturer defect that became evident only upon opening). Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; all returns, if authorized, need to be sent to us directly, following our given instructions.
Non-Returnable Items: All clearance or final-sale items are non-returnable, with no exceptions. Additionally, certain types of products cannot be returned for safety & hygiene reasons, such as perishable goods, intimate apparel, personal care items, or gift cards (if applicable to our product lineup). We reserve the right to refuse a return on any item that is advertised as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return (Defective/Wrong Item Only): If you believe you qualify for a return due to a defective or incorrect item, please contact us first to obtain return authorization. • Your order number & order date
• The item(s) you wish to return
• A clear description of the issue & photos of the product showing the defect or error, if applicable
Our team will review your request & respond with next steps within a reasonable time frame. Do not ship items back before receiving authorization, as they may be refused or not properly credited. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number & instructions on how & where to send your item back.
Return Shipping Costs: If a return is authorized due to our unintentional error or a product defect, we will either provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. For international orders, or in situations where we cannot provide a label, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to arrange the return. In cases that are not due to our error (if any exception is made at our discretion), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and any initial shipping charge on the order is non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service & purchasing shipping insurance for any return shipment, as we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Processing Refunds/Replacements: Once your authorized return is received, we will inspect it promptly. We will then notify you via; email that we have received your returned item & will update you that same day on the approval status of your refund or replacement:
• If approved: We will process your refund or send out a replacement product, per your preference (subject to product availability). Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. If the item was defective or the wrong product was sent, your refund will include the full purchase price & any shipping you paid. (In the case of a replacement, we will ship the new item to you at no additional cost.) Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.
• If not approved: If the returned item is found to be used, not in original condition, or not actually defective/incorrect as claimed, we will notify you that the return is rejected. The item can be shipped back to you at your expense, or, at our discretion, we may issue a partial refund or store credit as a courtesy. We take fraudulent claims seriously & such cases may result in denial of future services.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges in most cases. If you need a different size, color, or a different product, please place a new order for the desired item (if applicable) & proceed with a return of the original item (if it meets the return criteria above). This separate process ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible. (For instance, if you received a wrong item, we will send the correct item after confirming the issue, rather than a traditional exchange process.)
Policy Abuse & Refusal of Service: We value our honest customers & strive to provide excellent service. However, we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges from any customer who abuses our policy. This includes, but is not limited to, repeated return requests, returning items that are used or not in original condition, or any fraudulent activity. We also reserve the right to ban or limit service to individuals who are suspected of excessive or habitual return abuse. Our goal is to ensure fairness & maintain our ability to offer quality products at reasonable prices for all customers.
